A waiting time for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is typically short, ranging from 2 to 4 weeks. We are also able to provide MRI examinations in general anesthesia or analgosedation to pediatric patients and adult patients with specific problems (claustrophobia).

After filling in the required data on the application form online, press the “Send request” button. We will inform you of the nearest examination date no later than the next working day.

For some types of MRI examinations, the administration of a contrast agent is typically necessary. Therefore, we require prior laboratory control of a patient’s renal function (creatinine, urea). This avoids the need to perform only a native, less extensive, examination or move the patient to a later date (after receiving laboratory results).

Our workplace is equipped with: MR Siemens MAGNETOM Sola 1,5T

MRI examination device enabling complete diagnosis of diseases in the head, torso, spine, large and small joints as well as many advanced examination techniques (diffusion and perfusion imaging, spectroscopy, etc.). 70 cm large bore MR scanner with a state-of-the-art gradient system, the Quiet Suite mode, and a wide portfolio of universal and new anatomy-adaptive coils for improved patient comfort. The configuration of the device for the diagnostics of brain, breast and prostate cancers is purposefully strengthened. The device is also equipped with an unique configuration for direct radiotherapy planning, based on the MRI image of RTiS Synthetic CT. The examination table has a load capacity of up to 220 kg which, together with the above-mentioned large bore, makes it possible to examine even overweight patients.
